Qigong in Paradise
Sheng Zhen Wuji Yuan Gong
A system of moving and non-moving qigong that assists in strengthening the body, clearing the emotions,
and opening the heart. Kuan Yin Standing Qigong provides a balance between energetic movement and a stillness
within. Named after the Chinese Patroness of the Compassionate, this qigong can assist the practitioner in
understanding one's self and making sense of the world. It has been known to calm the troubled and energize
the calm.
Paul Rischard is a professional teacher with over thirty years experience in the martial and internal arts.
He has trained intensively for the past seven years with renowned qigong Master Li Jun Fung. Paul is known
for satisfying a variety of learning styles as well as for providing an atmosphere of warmth and humor in
his sessions. His workshops furnish as core elements an opportunity for increasing physical, emotional and
spiritual growth.
Kahuna Valley Retreat is nestled against the magical central mountains on the Garden Island of Kauai, Hawaii
and is being created to offer a peaceful environment for exploring the healing arts. Just a few miles
from the wettest spot on the planet, the ancient kahuna energy of this retreat will open you to self-discovery
and inner peace.

people who want to sleep in the Octagon classroom at Kahuna Valley, (bring a blanket or sleeping bag)
the rate is $45/night.
