Wuji Hundun Qigong Workout - 18 Forms
A comprehensive system of stretching and breathing designed to open the Qi meridians of the body. Utilizes
creative visualization to guide Qi and is excellent for opening blocks in the shoulders, neck, and back.
Shaolin Buddhist Qigong Self Massage
A series of ancient tui'na massage techniques opening blocked Qi flow from the head to the feet as practiced
for centuries at the Shaolin Temple in China.
Break for lunch ~ 60 minutes
Tibetan Chant - energy balancing - Wang - Er - Hong
A beautiful mantra that uses sound to active Qi flow.
